Well through 23 days I have 19 runs in the bag. I think after the Houston Marathon in a couple weeks I will start putting in a couple runs a day to make up the missed ones. I haven't been sore at all. In fact, I feel better now that i run almost every day. Add the swimming I have been doing I am finally feeling like I am in shape again. It is amazing how a couple weeks slacking off can lose a lot of fitness.
